Does Oracle have an application that shows estimate of tariffs, duties, taxes and exchange rate ?

Our Sales and Marketing department would like to go to a relieable source for estimates of the tariffs, duties, taxes and exchange rate for "specific" products we sell out of the country.  We would like to get this information at quoting.  I created an SR and the "Oracle Quoting" support analyst did not know of any application or source for this information.

Any ideas?
