R12 Prospective Supplier Registration Page - Adding Attachment

Hello,

Client is using R12.1.3 iSupplier application. On the prospective supplier registration page, there is not a section to upload attachments when they first submit their registration request. I looked through the Personalizations for the page and did not see an attachments region hidden. Does anyone know of a way to allow attachments to be uploaded when the supplier first submits the registration request. 

I see the attachment region only after the request is approved and when the supplier manages their profile via the iSupplier portal.
