REP-69: GC overhead limit exceeded REP-0069: An internal error occurred

Can someone please tell me more about what may be causing this?  I am not a DBA or Java developer and we are getting it when we try to run a report in our production environment in an 11g environment (MIddleware and Database).  The report runs fine in our DEV/QA environments which are also 11g environments

The report terminated with error:
REP-69: GC overhead limit exceeded REP-0069: An internal error occurred .

I have looked online but nothing seems to address this specific issue
