Consolidated Item Inquiry Form not showing PO info - bug or feature?

We put in some patches over the weekend and have now noticed a change with the consolidated item inquiry form behavior. 

In the past, when an item on a purchase order had not been received in, it showed up on the consolidated screen under "Orders". It would show the PO number, Date, Ordered, Received, and Vendor.  Helpful info that is no longer there.  I tried to get the version of the form, but can't even find it.  It shows current form as:
