server manager - enterprise server instance can not be open

Dear all,  after user has upgraded the server manager and tool release from 8.98.0.2 to 8.98.4.3. They can't open the runtime metrix from 1 of their enterprise server as shown below

Enterprise server "db-eap01, db-eap02:  win2003 server

SM agent is running in their server
