Transaction lines missing after running Account Analysis report

Hey all,

So we are having a problem with journal lines being missing in our Account Analysis report. The final Trial Balance matches up but there are many lines that is not showing up in the report.

Could you please check the detail in SR: SR 3-7831332121
We're not having much luck with the SR and this is a severity 1 and really impacting our ability to close. Any help at all is appreciated.
