Difference betwwen a Counter Group and Counter Template

Hi,

Can anyone help me to understand the difference between a Counter Group and Counter Template.

Also i see different Usage Items related to different Counters inside a Counter Group.(Can anyone give me a Practicla Eg to understand this)

1)When we Bill and Usage Item does this mean we Bill only the Read of the specfic Counter in the Counter Group associated with the Counter.

2)Can we have 2 Usage Items for a Single Counter in a Counter Group.
