Need to boot CRS by parts

 Hello,
we have a 11.2.0.3  two node RAC in a Exadata machine.
For testing purposes we need to boot each node in this sequence:
  1. Boot machine (but not start the CRS automatically)
  2. Start CRS : OHAS, CRS, EVM, CSS, ASM, Local Listeners, VIPs, ...All but databases and Scan Listeners
  3. Start databases and ScanListeners

How would be the best way to do step 1?
Is there any command to start CRS, but not databases and Scan Listeners automatically?

Help will be appreciated...
