Cross Promotional Halo Effect

Hi all,
I am trying to generate an halo effect in a forecast.

I used the CPEM to calculate the effect, transferred the approved effect to the apphaloeff measure in RDF and then I enabled the halo effects in the forecast administration.

After the generation of the forecast I see no halo lift in the forecast when I have my items with promotions.

I set up one promotion (generating lift), and it should affect other items in other class right?
Do I need to fill any other measure?
