FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508 when opening Forms
VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.
The problem was solved by copying the following files from a pre-prod environment, that was on the same patch level, to Prodution.
In Production EBS 12.1.3 environment
Forms Version 10.1.2.3
After applying about 400 OM and AST patches, all forms were erring with: FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508
Ran the queries documented in note: Troubleshooting ORA-01403, ORA-06508 and FRM-40735 in Forms (Doc ID 459005.1)
and found pll's and plx's were out of sync, files such as
APPDAYPK.pll
APPCORE.pll
exist in the cmp_pll.txt but do not exist in the cmp_plx.txt.
The problem was solved by copying the following files from a pre-prod environment, that was on the same patch level, to Prodution.
