Translation using Period End Rate instead of Period Average rate for Revenue and Expense Accounts

Has anyone experienced the issue when translating where the Revenue and Expense accounts should have been translated using the period avg rate but instead were calculated using the period end rate (just like for the asset and liability accounts).  If so what did you have to do to correct it?
