Lastest EMS Version 626 Is Known to Have Issues - "Z=" Parameter Is Missing In Some CTD Generated

"Z=" Parameter  is Missing in some CTD Generated URLS. The behavior is observed when a Campaign Offer is assoctated with a Treatement having both and HTML and Text Files.  This is a know Bug.
