API to create Inventory Organization Parameters

Hi,

We need to create about 3000 inventory organizations as part of re-implementation project in R12 instance. For this, we have created a wrapper program which will create header part and we need to manually assign organizaton classification and then assign Accounting and Inventory Information(Inv Parameters) for each Org. If anybody has any wrapper program or if there is any API to do this, please suggest.
