AME for PO approvals not working

We are using EBS 12.1.3

We want to use AME for PO approvals. However, for some reason the standard AME does not support POs.

We found the note 1299470.1 and looks like if apply a patch, then AME should be able to support PO approvals. However, the note is for version 12.0.6.

Is there a updated patch for our version? Please advise. Thank you very much.
