iSupplier Portal -- User Access Restrictions

Hello all

Need help on the isupplier portal

One of the user has been assigned with User Access Restrictions with supplier and supplier sites.

Now i want to assign one new supplier site to this list.

Can you please let me know how do i do that ? what is the navigation and the responsibility to be used for the same.
