 Hi
  Is it possible to monitor database services (service_name) and registered services to listeners through OEM.

Ex :  service_name --  xyx.world.com    Requirement is to monitor this service if there any state change need to get an alert.

  Recently we had this issue where because of network glitch listener restarted, but after listener restart database service didn't get registered itself.
