Cannot Enable Tax - Determine Tax Registration Issue

Hi,

I am implementing Ebtax for a Legal Entity/Operating Unit that belongs to the country United Kingdom.

I have defined a Tax Regime GB VAT and underneath all the Tax Rates that apply to the United Kingdom Tax Authority.

I have one single supplier that is from Ireland and I need to define 2 Tax Rates that come in the supplier invoice - Ireland Standard Rate and Ireland Reduced Rate.

I have created another Tax Regime called IE VAT and underneath a Tax and 2 Tax Rates.

The problem that I have is that I have defined a Tax 'IE VAT' but I cannot enable the checkbox 'Make Available for Transactions' becuase it says 'Define either a default tax registration or a tax rule for the rule type: Determine Tax Registration'
