Patch Wizard Download patches request error

Hi Team,


Whenever customer is running requests for downloading a patch, request is completing with below error.They have entered metalink username/password for the same.

The set completed normally with outcome Error. The outcome was determined by the stage Submit Download Patches (10).

They are downloading infobundleR12.zip manually.
