How to create java concurrent program

Hello AllAs you know 
 you can develop your custom report with the outstanding program Report Builder
 and generate XML output then design your Template as RTF format
  on the other hand i have found that there are standard reports made by oracle ,it's type is java concurrent program as attached

My question is how to develop a report made by java concurrent program and deploy it to the EBS and how to open existing these program in the EBS?
