Need to have Pick Release and SHip confirm transaction date same as Order Date

Hi,
We have a business requirement to make the system took transaction date same as an order date for a backdate transaction.
Is any one has same condition with us? CUrrently we must run release order and put transaction date manually on by one in each sales order before release and also make sure that Auto confirm is unflag.. we would like to have this changes on the workflow so that we are no need to change it manually by  so number.
