AME logic for Requisition Approval

Approval management Engine -- AME 
Background
Position hierarchy for Requisitions works on the basis of Preparer. Client wants to have approval on the basis of Requester instead of Preparer which is not possible by using Position hierarchy. So AME are required to be configured for the same.

Requirement 
AME needs to be configured for Requisitions to have approvals on the basis of Requesters position i.e. the Approval of the document should start from the requesters position. Once the position of Requester's is identified for the approval flow it should be looked in the hierarchy(Milaha Position Hierarchy) and based on the hierarchy setup it should move ahead.
