New Sales Order creation in R12.1.3

While creating new Sales Orders in R12.1.3 the following error is showing. 'Failed to insert the line into the set. The line could not be scheduled on the set attributes and could not schedule the whole set on some alternative date'. We have upgraded the apps from 12.06 to 12.1.3
