Do I have to re-implement the customization work in FA account generator workflow (FAFLEXWF) during

Hi all,
I have some customization work done in FA account generator in R11i. Now, we are planning upgrade to R12.1.3. Do I have to re-implement the customization in R12 or just the customized R11i FAFLEXWF can work in R12?
