DB CPU wait event in Top 5 Timed Foreground Events

 Hello Community,
I have been observing the DB CPU wait event in the Top 5 Timed Foreground Events of the AWR report. I did lot of search but I could not find any specific information related to the actual cause and solution. refer to the AWR report attached.
