Adding Operating Unit Name Information in Notification Summary

Hi,
We are currently implementing multi-organization. in the notification summary the Approver do not know where the Requisitions comes From which Operating Unit, because there is no information about the Operating Units.
How can we add information about Operating units? so that The Approver know where The Requisition comes from.
