Unassigning the line after staging in WMS enabled oraganisation which are packed in LPNs

Can someone help me out in achieving the following :

How do we unassign one line out of four lines assigned to one delivery for which all the lines are staged and all are packed in different LPNs.

IN STF if I choose the Line and click on unassign following is the error message

"Error:The Line you have selected cannot be unassigned from the delivery because they are packed. To complete this action, either unpack the delivery lines or unassign the entire LPN from the delivery"

Neither Unpack option is available for staged task nor we can unassign.

The business scenerio is
