Script switchover. Memory settings

 Hello,
we have a Dataguard between two 11.2.0.3 RAC databases.

RAC Primary--------->RAC Physical Standby.

Both the primary an the Standby are on Exadata Machines.

We need to create a script to do the switchover, but the problem is that the script should be able to change memory settings of former primary and new standby...

How would be the way to do this?  Is there any option in dataguard Broker (dgmgrl) to set memory settings of former primary and new standby?

Help will be apreciated.
