Invalid Custom Member error when refreshing SmartView/Excel.

Hi,
Users have started getting an 'Invalid Custom Member: SERVERS' error when refreshing certain spreadsheets in SmartView/Excel.  They believe that the member was renamed, there is no SERVER member in any of the custom dimensions now.  They have checked that there are no orphaned members for the custom dimensions, deleted invalid records, and all HFM app proceses (HsvDataSource, HsxServer, CASSecurity) have been restarted, but still get the error.

If anyone has any suggestions as for what else could be checked, or how to resolve the problem, they'd be very gratefull received.
