"Category invalid" error in I-procurement.

Hi All,
   I have created an item and added it on a blanket purchase agreement. Now I created a requisition for the item considering the blanket. It got  created easily.

   But now have a requirement to create another requisition for the item, without taking the blanket into consideration. But this, time I am getting the error "Category is invalid".

  Please help.
