11.5.10.2 : question about patch 13434486

Hi,
I need to apply patch 13434486.
Our version is 11I.AR.O/FP.G,

    APPLICATION_NAME STATUS PATCH_LEVEL  
Assets Installed 11i.FA.P 
General Ledger Installed 11i.GL.K  
Payables Installed 11i.AP.N  
Receivables Installed 11i.AR.O    

please could you clarify us next?.

a) what is the order to apply the paches, i think that is next order: (we`ve validated that have got applied all requeriments)
 1. 13434486
 2.  8529225
 3.  8627857
 4. 8623783
 5. JL patch 7585468

The readme doesn't indicate cleary if Special Instructions are pre or post.

b)TAX patch 8452606 no applicable by us because only apply to  11I.AR.P/FP.H
