Propagate the changes from Order Release to Shipment

Hi,

Could anyone having any idea on how to fix this issue?

OTM initially received an order release line 001000 for a total weight of 39000 lbs.   During pick confirmation in E1, the line was batch split, thus line 1 became lines 1 and 1.001 (OTM order release lines 001000 and 001001) still with a now combined total weight of 39000 lbs (line 001000 at 12800 lbs and line 001001 at 26200 lbs).   OTM should have sent back to E1 a planned shipment integration/transmission but did not because the agent in this case was only checking quantity.   The shipment agent needs to be modified to include a check to the order release
