Virtual Machines automatically restarting

Hi all,

I have an occurence happening in Oracle VM that I believe shouldn't be happening.  I am using Oracle Virtual Server 3.2.4 and Oracle Virtual Manager 3.2.4
and what is happening is when I issue the command "shutdown -h now" to shutdown the virtual machine, the virtual machine does shut down, but then it restarts.
It doesn't do this all the time, but this happens the majority of the time.  I am using OEL 5.9 for the virtual machines.  But when I stop the virtual machine from
within Virtual Manager, the virtual always shuts down properly.  Is this because when stopping the virtual machine from within the virtual machine, the Virtual Manager
