Personalize the Internet Expenses Auditor Advanced Search Page

 Hi All,
We have a requirement, wherein we should be able to search for Expense reports with header attachments from the "Internet Expenses Auditor" responsibility's advanced search page. Searching based on the attachments is not currently available and i was trying to personalize the page to add this. Please let me know if this is possible using the OA Framework personalization and if its possible how can this be achieved.

Please need your help as i'm new to OA framework personalization.
