Timezone Error when switching to OEM 11g Agent windows

Hi
I have can reset my timezone on my OEM who send some error.
C:\Windows\system32>emctl resetTZ agent
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0

Updating \app\oracle\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/localhost_orcl/sysman/config/emd.properties...
