Use RMAN to move a tablespace to another server

I have 2 windows 2008 Servers with Oracle 11gR2. On server A, a user and tablespace exists with data.  I want to use RMAN backups from server A to restore/move this user and tablespace to Server B. 
What is the procedure to do this ?
