Error while changing the status of the SR Task through API

Hello
I am getting below error when ever I am trying to close the SR Task (changing the SR Task status from 'Completed' to 'Close') ...Please suggest what will be the issue?

Also I am not getting this issue for all Tasks, for some tasks it is working and for some other tasks it is not. When ever this issue comes I tried closing the SR Task through the application then it is working.

Error returned from Internal API hook.  Procedure name is CSM_WF_PKG.Task_Post_Upd. (APPL_ID=883)
