Items for Service PO Lines

Hello,Customer on 12.1.3 has the following business requirement for amount based Service PO lines that conflict with Brazil local requirement i.e

-          Company procures all goods & services in PO bases on item categories.It doesn’t maintain items for all expense purchases (Services or goods) in the inventory. Brazil has a local requirement and requires all the purchasing lines to reflect the items.

-          For Goods (Purchasing Basis – Quantity), Ebusiness suite lets us use items on the PO lines as long as the items are defined in the inventory and we don’t see any issues with this and will full comply with local regulations.
