Document on database move due to Data Centre migration

Hi,

I am  not sure this question would fall under Database RAC/Scalability forum or Database Install/Upgrade/Patch forum.

Recently I have joined a  project which need to move the RAC 11g R2 databases from one data center to another data center.

Every database is in the RAC environment.

Databases version: 11g R2

Os: Solaris 10

All ASM environment.

OS names will remain the same.

Data files and sub directory structure will remain the same.

Host names will remain the same.

IP addresses will remain the same.

OS team is making the hardware technology replication which means that I will be receiving the environments just like the old environment.
