Milestone Notification - notify the sender in addition to the contract roles

quick question - and I think I know the answer but looking for confirmation or a different workaround first.

Can the system send the notification email to both both parties of the notification. ie the Person sending it and the intended receiver of the notification.  

I don't think I can send the email notification to the Sender unless the sender has a notification role on the Award itself.

 

The milestone type/code configuration has a contact id but since it's at the setid (which is shared with 6 BUs at htis time), I can't target the right sender.

Is there another place to 'configure that' by BU?  On the BU Notification/Approval tab - I still need to setup the role (and assign the role to the Award).
