Credit Card data not populating

Hello All

we are in 11i, from the Sales Order , while entering an order, I am unable to populate credit card information upon selection of a credit card number. The card expiriation date,card holder data is not auto pouplated? Can any one give any suggestion?

We recently implented iPayments and we do have some personalization, even I have disabled the personalizaton, but no use.
