We cannot see the Operating Unit in System Options.

Hi Cummunity,
I'm creating a new Operating Unit, its Ledger and Book, etc, then I'm configuring the AR subledger, but in Setup -> System Options I receive a message (see attach file). I ran before "Security List Maintenance" and "Replicate Seed Data".

Why this message?
