Report XML Publisher can't show chart

Hi,
We used Oracle report release 10.1.2 and BI Publisher Release 10.1.3.2 to dev report and create template. On local we used template load xlm data and veiw output data anh chart on template.

But where i upload to EBS R12.1.1 server(Ver XML publisher 5.6.3) run request and view output then It don't show chart on PDF, when i output with excel 2010 it warning.

If you know please help me!
