How can I secure data in R12?

 Dears,
I am facing a security problem especially with customers' data.

I need to find a way using standard functionality to limit sales reps to access only their customers, orders, credit profiles, invoices, payments and so on.

Therefore, every sales rep will be allowed to access such data of his/ her own customers.

Any idea?
