"XSD parser returned an error" in BIP Desktop tool

Hi Experts

 My customer got the error when uses BIP Desktop tool by following steps.

1.    Open a rtf template in MS Word

2.    Click Oracle BI Publisher -> Data -> Load XML Schema

usually, after clicked it, there will be a dialog opened to select the XSD file.But instead of the dialog for selecting XSD file, the error below occurred.

 "XSD parser returned an error”

I could not reproduce the issue in my PC, but my ct said there are multiple PC at his side got the issue.

The Version are below

MS Word 2003

BIP Desktop Tool 10.1.3.2.1 Build 87
