How can I forward OC incidents to my Enterprise Management System?

Hi all
According to the docs you can forward OpsCenter incidents only to email or pager.
I want to forward all messages from my assets to my enterprise monitoring system BMC Patrol.
How can I achieve this in OpsCenter 12c.
