query about wait action

Hi Friends,

I have the below setup. Just wanted to know how these workflows will get triggered and in what order?

I understand that when i edit the opty record, all the workflows based on WMS action will be triggered at once (since the workflow condition is satisfied for all the workflows below except the email workflow) and it will be executed based on the order based on wait action? but when i did the edit, i could only see workflow 1in the pending instances queue.

Please help.
