Getting error once approve the notifications through emails through mobile devices

Dear All,

I am facing below error some times once anyone approve/reject or take any action for any workflow notification through email and currently the workaround is to restart all the Database and Application servers services . but once it come again it stucck all the users.

Below is the error message :

Error Message: User-Defined Exception

Value Found: None

Remarks: Please use only the suggested values, making sure they are enclosed within quotes (For example "", "", and so on)
