Row 33 Error - OAB

Hi All,

Enrollment period is open, but getting the following errors for random employees when changing election sfor medical and hsa for testing, can anyone please advise on the following issue -

Row 33 Error: You cannot enroll a person into a plan that includes more than activity rate with the same element and input value. The standard rates GB HSA Family and GB HSA Single use the same element and input value and are attached to the same Compensation Object. You must either change your set up so that these activity rates do not use the same element, inout value and compensation object, or enroll the person into a plan that does not include activity rates with the same element, input value and compensation object.
