Creating a new fulfillment from an existing one

Yesterday I wanted to create a new fulfillment from an existing one.  In the new one I wanted to change the sample products.  I used the "Copy" button on the existing fulfillment and just deleted out the existing products on the new fulfillment and entered the new products.

Just curious, is this the fastest and most efficient way to create a new fulfillment from an existing one?
