Detached adjustment 6 not printed on the invoice

Hi

I have a situation , ADjustment: FUELSURCHARGE is set to 6 ( Adjustment control code 6- Print on Invoice Detached).

Issue : For one particular order invoice print didn't capture this FUEL SURCHARGE.  It is missing either from online invoice.

My observation:

1) Adjustments are seen in price history, No adjustments having " Apply over ride functionality".

2)SDPROV is seen 1( override price), But SDSO 18 is blank, Price history flag as well. No signs of overriden except that flag indication.

3) F4074 has got all adjustments records

Any thoughts
